The Mercedes-Benz C-Class is one of the UK's busiest diesel-injector replacement jobs. From the W203 with its early OM611/OM646 four-pots, through the W204 OM651 — the engine that introduced the "black death" injector-seat leak that became the byword for diesel Mercedes — to the W205 / W206 OM654 with its NoX-trap-friendly piezo control, every C-Class generation eventually reaches us. We hold remanufactured injectors for all four engine families in our UK warehouse. Each unit is stripped fully, fitted with new internal seals, nozzle and valve, then recalibrated against a Bosch EPS 815 master rig. A new copper sealing washer ships with every injector, and the IMA classification code is supplied on the test certificate so the fitter can re-code the ECU in the same workshop visit.
