When You Are Entitled to a Refund

• We supplied an incorrect injector despite your confirmed engine code — full refund including original delivery.
• The injector arrived faulty, damaged or defective — full refund or free replacement.
• You changed your mind and the injector is unused, uninstalled and in original condition — refunded within the 30-day window (less return postage).

How Refunds Are Processed

1. Contact us to request a return and receive return instructions.
2. Return the injector — we inspect it on arrival (and assess any core where applicable).
3. Once approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method.
4. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Statutory rights: UK consumers also have a 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations; our 30-day window is offered in addition to your statutory rights.
