Purchase Policy

All orders are for professionally remanufactured diesel injectors, tested and calibrated to OEM specification. Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. By placing an order you confirm the part fits your vehicle's engine code, which we record at checkout. Acceptance of your order occurs when we dispatch the goods.

We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never store your full card details. Your order is only confirmed once payment is authorised.

• Free UK delivery on every order, tracked via Royal Mail / DPD.
• Worldwide shipping available at a flat £50 per order (international).
• Same-day dispatch on orders placed before 2 pm (Mon–Fri).
• International customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes.

Where a core (surcharge) applies to a remanufactured unit, it is shown clearly at checkout. Your old (core) unit should be returned complete and undamaged. Core deposits are refunded, or carried over on a like-for-like exchange, once your returned core is received and assessed.

Every remanufactured injector is covered by our 12-month warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing and remanufacturing defects under normal use. See the warranty page for full details and how to claim.

We offer a 30-day returns window on unused items in original condition. If we supply an incorrect injector for your confirmed engine code, we cover the exchange and return postage. Faulty units are replaced or refunded. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of inspection.
