Fitment-Based Returns for Diesel Injectors
Our Fitment Guarantee
When you purchase from us, we match your injector to your vehicle's engine code. If we supply an incorrect injector despite your confirmed engine code, we'll make it right – no questions asked.
When Returns Are Accepted
Incorrect Injector Supplied Despite Confirmed Engine Code
If you confirmed your engine code at checkout and we supplied an incompatible injector, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.
Product is Faulty or Defective
If your injector arrives damaged, fails to function correctly, or has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it or issue a full refund.
Unused Item Within 14 Days
Unopened, unused injectors may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund (minus shipping costs).
When Returns Are NOT Accepted
Incorrect Engine Code Provided by Customer
If you confirmed an incorrect engine code during checkout, we cannot accept a return.
Vehicle Mismatch After Fitment Confirmation
If you confirmed the fitment at checkout, returns are not accepted for 'wrong part' claims.
Installed or Fitted Injectors
Once installed, injectors cannot be returned unless genuinely faulty.
Damage Caused by Customer
We cannot accept returns for damage during installation or handling.

Every order includes a record of:
- Your vehicle registration number
- The engine code you confirmed
- Vehicle make, model, and year
- Your explicit fitment confirmation
