How Exchanges Work
We match every injector to your vehicle's confirmed engine code. If an exchange is needed, contact us first so we can confirm the correct part and issue return instructions. Replacement injectors are dispatched after inspection of the returned unit.
When Exchanges Are Accepted
Incorrect Injector Supplied By Us → Free Exchange
If we shipped the wrong injector for your confirmed engine code, we exchange it free of charge and cover return postage both ways.
Incorrect Size / Specification (Where Applicable)
Where a size or specification variant applies, we will exchange for the correct specification provided the unit is unused and in original condition.
Customer Ordered the Wrong Part
If you ordered the wrong part, an exchange is available as long as the injector is unused, uninstalled and in its original condition and packaging.
Return Postage
The customer is responsible for return postage unless the error was ours. If we supplied an incorrect injector, we provide a prepaid UK return label and cover postage both ways.
Core Deposit Handling
Where a core (surcharge) applies, your core deposit is carried over to the replacement unit on a like-for-like exchange, or refunded once your returned core is received and assessed. Cores must be complete and undamaged.
12-Month Warranty Unaffected
Exchanging an injector does not affect your 12-month warranty — the warranty period applies to the replacement unit you receive.
