Denso common-rail injector for the Toyota 2.2 D-4D / D-CAT (engine 2AD-FHV/2AD-FTV) fitted to the RAV4 III, Avensis (T27) and Verso. Toyota OE 23670-0R090 / 23670-26060. The injector quantity-adjustment (IMA) code must be written to the ECU with Toyota Techstream on fitment. Failures are driven by poor fuel filtration, contamination and back-leakage wear. Key symptoms: Rough idle / vibration; Hard starting; Loss of power / limp mode; Black smoke. Common failure modes: Internal wear / high back-leakage; Water-in-fuel corrosion; Nozzle coking.
