Bosch solenoid common-rail injector for the GM/Opel 2.0 CDTI (engine B20DTH/D20DTH) fitted to the Vauxhall/Opel Insignia and Zafira C from 2015. GM OE 55488616. This is the later Euro-6 GM 2.0 (B20DTH) injector - distinct from the earlier A20DT 2.0 CDTi (Bosch 0445110327). Replacement injectors are coded to the ECU with the injector correction value via GM MDI/Tech2. Failures are driven by poor fuel filtration, contamination and back-leakage wear. Key symptoms: Rough idle / vibration; Hard starting; Loss of power / limp mode; Black smoke. Common failure modes: Internal wear / high back-leakage; Water-in-fuel corrosion; Nozzle coking.
