Key symptoms: Crank but no start (often after fuel-system work or running low on fuel); Hard starting when cold; Misfire / rough idle; Loss of power / limp mode. Common failure modes: Excessive back-leakage; Sticking injector at low rail pressure; Nozzle coking / poor atomisation.
